Scholarships will range from $4,000 to $7,500 each.
Beginning March 7, 2025, applications may be submitted electronically through https://uascholarshipfund.communityforce.com. Scholarships are available for United Association members and their dependents to assist with paying for expenses related to their education at an accredited college or university. This generally includes children, grandchildren and spouses of United Association members who are in good standing and who are dependent upon that UA member’s financial support and maintenance. In order to be eligible, an applicant must be a full-time student and awards must be used for education-related expenses for the 2025-2026 school year.
Awards will primarily be based on academic achievement and potential, personal achievement, and community involvement. Financial need may also be considered. Scholarships will be awarded without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sex, sexual orientation or national origin. Applications will be judged by an independent and impartial Selection Committee, comprised of distinguished members of the community.
In addition, six scholarships will be given to "Second Chance" awardees. Those selected will be students whose academic achievement is not the best in their region, but who demonstrate that they want another chance at a post-secondary education that will help them excel in the future.
